As Minnesota’s largest food hub, our mission is to unlock economic opportunity for farmers in our region through a unique combination of personalized support and market development. Through our programs and services, we help growers, makers, partners, consumers, buyers, and donors sustain a healthier, more equitable food system. In 2023 we purchased nearly $2M from over 140+ small-scale and emerging farmers in MN, with 90% of the produce we sourced coming from BIPOC producers. We offer wholesale buyers a seamless way to advance supplier diversity and invest in their local food economy.
